Casey Rucker is the broker and owner of CMR Real Estate in Perryville, Arkansas, where she leads a small, client-focused brokerage dedicated to making real estate clear, practical, and personal. Known for her straightforward guidance and responsive communication, Casey helps buyers and sellers navigate everything from first showings to closing day with confidence.
With deep knowledge of the local market and Arkansas real estate practices, Casey is especially skilled at guiding clients through financing requirements, contract timelines, and property preparation—from country homes with acreage to move-in-ready listings. She believes every property has the right buyer and works hard to connect people with spaces where real life can happen.
As a hands-on broker, Casey supports her clients and agents with a problem-solving mindset, creative marketing, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
