We will thoroughly review all offers making certain to understand the terms and conditions presented. In addition, we will calculate a seller's net sheet allowing you the ability to see the approximate proceeds due to you upon the sale. If the initial offer does not meet your established goals, we will consider negotiating the terms with the buyer. Once we come to an agreement, we will sign the contract and move forward in the closing process.

Once under contract, we'll work through the home inspections for the buyer and any repair requests. Once we are through repairs, we'll work on the appraisal, scheduling movers, and getting utilities transferred to the new buyers.
