  • Title search - we will choose a local title company to conduct a thorough title search on the property. They will identify any liens, encumbrances, or ownership issues that may affect the property's transfer. 

    The lender will schedule a professional appraisal - this is to determine the property's market value. The appraiser will assess the property and provide a report determining value based on recent comparable sales data and property condition.

  •  Conduct a final walk through - we will verify that any agreed-upon repairs have been completed and confirm the property is clean and free of debris.
